eat a plant based diet

Reasons to adapt a plant based diet.

  • It defies common sense to feed food to animals and eat them when we could simply eat the food meant for us in the first place. 

  • We would see an improvement in water pollution, environmental problems and climate change. We could reduce animal suffering. 

  • We could feed all of the humans on the planet. We would see a reduction in heart disease, diabetes, cancer, etc.

It's all good! 
And it is possible by making a conscious lifestyle choice. 
That is what it is, a lifestyle and a choice. 
Eating meat is not a necessity for survival but the exact opposite.
